TSMN13  MAJOR THEMES IN PAULINE THEOLOGY (A.Y. 2026/2027)

Objectives : To offer a broad overview of Paul’s theology; to help the student achieve a synthetic understanding of important biblical topics and develop their theological implications.

Learning outcomes : The student will be able to understand and critically analyse biblical concepts; effectively use research terminology and exegetical methodology; successfully articulate important Pauline topics and theological themes.

Contents : The seminar aims to deepen the study of theological themes presented in the course “Corpo Paolino” from a biblical perspective that stresses the essential aspects of his thought.

Methodology : The first two sessions are devoted to a general introduction, biographies of the Apostle, and methodology and typographical norms. In subsequent sessions, participants make presentations on significant biblical themes or texts with discussions .

Means of evaluation : Active participation during discussions, brief weekly papers, presentation with PowerPoint (or other program) and final paper.
