Descrizione
Il corso si focalizzerà sul dialogo finale di Gesù con alcuni dei suoi discepoli nel Vangelo secondo Marco (Mc 13). Questo capitolo sarà analizzato in modo dettagliato da diversi punti di vista (critica testuale, analisi filologica, genere letterario, struttura del discorso, ecc.). Nel corso si affronterà anche la questione della funzione narrativa di questo capitolo nel Vangelo nel suo insieme, osservando il suo rapporto con la narrazione dell’attività pubblica di Gesù che lo precede e con il racconto della passione che lo segue. Si richiede, dunque, una conoscenza del insieme del Vangelo di Marco, soprattutto dei capitoli finali (Mc 11-16).
Obiettivi
L’obiettivo del corso è duplice. In primo luogo, mira a mettere gli studenti in grado di effettuare un’analisi esegetica del Vangelo di Marco. In secondo luogo, si intende dare agli studenti la capacità di porsi domande sulla funzione delle varie parti del racconto e sul loro rapporto con la situazione retorica che lo ha motivato. Per partecipare al corso si richiede una conoscenza di base dei principali metodi esegetici e della lingua greca.
Modalità
L’insegnamento si svolgerà principalmente attraverso lezioni frontali. Gli studenti dovranno preparare le lezioni leggendo in anticipo il testo che verrà commentato, e uno dei commentari consigliati. Alcune lezioni saranno dedicate alla discussione di uno dei testi della bibliografia obbligatoria.
Modalità di valutazione dello studente
La valutazione degli studenti sarà effettuata in attraverso un esame scritto in tre parti: a) traduzione senza dizionario di un brano di Marco 11-16 (25% del voto finale); b) sommario e valutazione critica di uno dei testi proposti nella bibliografia obbligatoria (25% del voto finale); c) esegesi dettagliata di un brano di Marco 13 (50% del voto finale). L’esame si potrà scrivere in italiano, spagnolo, inglese, francese o portoghese.
