Diploma in Leadership and Management 2025-2026

Inspired by Jesus' leadership, Christian tradition and Jesuit pedagogy, the program:

• intends to guide those who are part of church and civil organizations rooted in the territory and open to international and sustainable development;
• outlines the foundations, paradigms, theories, and practices of leadership and management through an interdisciplinary approach, which emphasizes the contribution of the humanities and social sciences, with a special focus on philosophical and theological reflection.

 

The Diploma - from 15 ECTS - involves 25 hours of intellectual work for each credit; it involves eight teaching units - one Saturday per month - with mandatory attendance from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The eight days of study and research include: lectures, extensive seminar work, workshops and conversations with guest scholars in the field.

The updated list of lecturers of the different teaching units and program updates will be available online and an integral part to the class work will be done through digital platform Moodle.

Documents to be enclosed for application:

• Personal Statement of Application to the Program
• Certificate of highest academic degree achieved;
• certificate of proficiency in Italian (if not a native speaker) and English;
  Curriculum Vitae;
• Two endorsements: due to the nature of the university, one from the church authority.

Academic fees

1200 euros (in one one-time payment or two payments).
