XP202V  BEING HUMAN. THE IMPORTANCE AND THREATS OF RELATIONSHIPS (A.Y. 2025/2026)

Objectives: The course will introduce the concepts of power and boundaries. It will also give the students the chance to reflect on topics of dignity, integrity, vulnerability, and human development from both an interdisciplinary perspective.

Learning Outcomes: At the end of this course, the students will be able to refer to the concepts of human dignity and development in their culture, and to define safety and vulnerability in power relationships.

Content : Analysis of healthy relationships concerning boundaries and vulnerability, understanding of the concepts of dignity-integrity and integral human development.

Methodology : The course will combine lectures, readings, and seminar discussion, and will focus on a range of selected texts.

Means of evaluation : Evaluation will be based on class participation and written papers.
