Objectives: The course will introduce the concepts of screening candidates who apply for Safeguarding ministry and positions. It will also bring students to reflect on the importance of a proper screening and selection of candidates in order to prevent future abuses.

Learning Outcomes: Students will be able to know the principles of selecting Safeguarding personnel for their team and apply the criteria they learned during the course.

Content: Best practices for selecting candidates who will work in safeguarding contexts.

Methodology: The course will combine lectures, readings, and seminar discussion.

Means of evaluation: Evaluation will be based on class participation and written papers.
