Objectives: The course will bring students to reflect on and deepen their understanding of the importance of the Safeguarding measures assessment – with the goal to improve them periodically.

Learning Outcomes: Students will be able to assess the effectiveness of safeguarding measures through a victim-first approach.

Content: Evaluation of safeguarding measures and projects; best practices and approaches to assess the effectiveness of safeguarding measures.

Methodology: The course will combine lectures, readings, and seminar discussion.

Means of evaluation: Evaluation will be based on class participation and written papers.
