The External Relations Office is an office that receives, screens, and submits for approval to the appropriate authorities requests for collaboration on external non-academic projects and requests for visits from groups who want to learn about or support the University, managing the organization.

The Office takes care of the protocols to be observed in welcoming civil and ecclesiastical authorities at the formal events of the University.

The External Relations Office also manages the editing of promotional materials about the University and its Academic Units and it communicates the information on the University's activities by various means: publishing on external websites and platforms, sending direct mail and promotional materials, face-to-face meetings, etc.

Finally, the Office collaborates in the promotion of the fundraising initiatives.
