The Events Office is responsible for coordinating and managing all the events promoted by the different academic units, internal offices and external companies and institutions, which take place within the University premises, always having as main objective the visibility of the research carried out both within the Pontifical Gregorian University and in collaboration with other academic institutions.

After submitting the various applications to the relevant authorities for review and obtaining approval, the Office is committed to taking care of all events practical and logistical aspects (booking and setting up of spaces, request for external services, quotes and reports), as well as the edition of printed materials (posters, invitations, banners, etc.) for their dissemination and promotion.
