ITALIAN LANGUAGE INTENSIVE COURSES 

The courses take place in both presential and online modes. Organized in collaboration with the Cassia Study Center, they are intended to develop the language skills necessary to be able to interact in the university environment and to be able to take classes academically. Completion of the registration form is mandatory for both
modes.

INTENSIVE ITALIAN LANGUAGE COURSES IN PRESENCE

Participation in the Italian Language in Presence courses takes place in the classrooms of the Pontifical Gregorian University. Attendance for each course is modulated on the hourly total duration.

• June 16 - July 18, 2025
   Duration: 100 hours - Registration by June 11, 2025

• July 1 - July 25, 2025
  Duration: 80 hours - Enrollment by June 20, 2025

• Sept. 1 - Oct. 3, 2025
  Duration: 100 hours - Enrollment by Aug. 19, 2025

INTENSIVE ONLINE ITALIAN LANGUAGE COURSE

The online Italian language course will take place from Monday to Friday, morning or afternoon, taking into account the time zone of the students' home countries. It is recommended, in particular way, to those who will have to come to study in Italy and have no knowledge of Italian. It is useful for approaching the study of Italian and being able to reach later the B1 level of knowledge more easily.

  Duration: 60 hours - Registration by July 10, 2025

The online course will be conducted by a live teacher, with the help of specially prepared textbooks in digital format and additional supplementary materials displayed in the course of the classes. Student progress will be monitored through weekly tests; is scheduled for a final test to issue a certificate of attendance.

For those who already have prior knowledge of the Italian language, there will be an online entry test to certify their level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
