The course provides a space for the acquisition of skills and personal reflections that enable an understanding of the meaning of “accompanying.” That is, the ability to walk, “hand in hand” with the “other,” in a relationship of mutual respect and growth, in light of the spiritual life

I opted to attend this course out of a desire to deepen my role as a spiritual companion. An atmosphere of spirituality, professionalism and fraternity characterizes the study days of this course. Alongside the lectures of the lecturers, group work and simulations are offered, which I consider equally important and formative. In my opinion, the residential proposal gives the course the opportunity to live the planned proposals with greater intensity.

The spiritual accompaniment course helped me understand that this experience is a divine commitment between the one who accompanies and the person being accompanied. The Lord is the foundation of spiritual guidance. It also provides a space to welcome and listen to God's revealing story in the life of the person being accompanied.

Accompaniment is not a solution-focused therapy, but rather a therapy in which the person being accompanied is helped to listen to his or her own soul while receiving solidarity from the companion. The result of this journey leads to healing, freedom and a greater awareness of God's action in the person's life.

A beautiful synergy of spiritual wisdom and practical guidance that provided me with the tools I needed to nurture souls with greater faith and wise discretion, and to understand the gift of authentic spiritual companionship.

I attended the course with keen interest. I received a lot of knowledge about spiritual accompaniment and important 'keys' to be able to implement it with awareness and care.
