- La Rivoluzione Silenziosa: Leadership Femminili e Conciliazione
When thinking of leadership, we often imagine roles of power aimed at control and performance. Yet, in everyday life, there exists an invisible and widespread leadership: one that holds relationships together, anticipates needs, and builds possibilities.
The presentation proposes a reflection on the contemporary meaning of leadership, challenging traditional models and opening our perspective to more relational, generative, and empathetic forms of leadership.
The theme of women's leadership thus becomes a key to reinterpreting the very meaning of power and the way it is exercised and recognized.
Through examples, data, and connections between the private and organizational spheres, we will explore the link between empowerment, work-life balance, and sustainability—moving beyond concepts of gender, performance, and privilege to ask ourselves: what kind of leadership is necessary today to face the challenges of the future?
