On June 23, 1954, the Servant of God Msgr. Luigi Giussani discussed his Doctoral thesis in Theology at the Seminary in Venegono. On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of such discussion, it is published by Edizioni San Paolo in the volume entitled Il senso cristiano dell’uomo secondo Reinhold Niebuhr [The Christian Sense of Man according to Reinhold Niebuhr], edited by Monica Scholz-Zappa. This publication will be presented on Thursday, June 6, at 6:30 p.m. at the Aula Magna of the Pontifical Gregorian University. Following the greetings of Fr. Pino Di Luccio S.J., President of Collegium Maximum, speakers will include Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Secretary of State of the Holy See, Michelina Tenace, Professor Emeritus of Dogmatic Theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University, and Monica Scholz-Zappa. The presentation will be moderated by Fr. Andrea D’Auria, Director of the International Center of CL in Rome.
