The Liber Annualis 2025 of the Pontifical Gregorian University is now available. This is the first volume following the integration that took place on 19 May 2024.
The Liber Annualis provides an overview of the university’s structure (Missions, Faculties, Institutes, Centres) and includes the Rector’s inaugural address and the reports of the Presidents of the Missions.
It briefly traces the University’s history, presents the Statement of Intent, promotions and new appointments within the teaching staff, student numbers from the 1829–30 academic year up to the most recent statistics, academic degrees and titles awarded in the last academic year, and alumni who have been canonised or beatified.
The section entitled ‘News’ presents the activities and publications of the professors, the doctorates awarded, and the events organised by the three Missions. Finally, it lists former students who have been created cardinals or elevated to the episcopate, and commemorates professors who have passed away.
