Starting on March 17, 2025, it is possible to submit applications for study scholarships of the Pontifical Gregorian University, related to the mission of the Collegium Maximum, for the academic year 2025-2026. Application procedures depend on the type of enrolment: student already enrolled in the Baccalaureate and Licentiate cycles, or a Diploma; student already enrolled in the Doctorate cycle; new student.

• Students already enrolled at the University - in the Baccalaureate and Licentiate cycles, or a Diploma - can use the appropriate form via the Student Online Services webpage. The request must be submitted by the deadline of 30 April 2025.
   
• Students already enrolled at the University - in the Doctorate cycle - may use the appropriate form, which can be found on the webpage Forms online or at the Scholarship Office, after submitting the topic of the dissertation. The request has no deadline.
   
• New students - who have yet to enrol in the Baccalaureate and Licentiate cycles, or a Diploma - may use the appropriate form, which can be found on the webpage Forms online or at the Scholarship Office. The request must be submitted during the enrolment period for the new academic year.
