The Holy Father has appointed Msgr. Samuele Sangalli titular Bishop of Zella, Assistant Secretary in charge of the Administration of the Dicastery for Evangelization in the Section for First Evangelization and the New Particular Churches, giving him the personal title of Archbishop. Msgr. Sangalli is associate lecturer at the Institute of Anthropology (IADC) and creator of Sinderesi School, a diploma in ethical practice promoted by the "Alberto Hurtado" Faith and Culture Center and now in its 14th edition.
